It seems you did not build the plugin?
Make sure you always do a batch build rebuild all when building the plugin. However, it is somewhat outof date, there was a patch on the Ogre tracker that addressed this issue, but I think it was closed.. so you would have to search for related patches in the last year about that (so that it is compatible with recent Ogre).
