My download page (which I just fixed the day before - as it had left over settings from the old site)

contains a sample cheer.ogg file. The best program I have found that converts to ogg format is a command line app ffmpeg2theora (
http://www.v2v.cc/~j/ffmpeg2theora/
) . I've thought about making a nice little GUI frontend for that - but, have not found the energy/time.
