Looks like that device needs custom interface to access its values. SDK appears free to download, not sure if it works with other OS's besides Windows. Looks semi-neat. However, I don't have the device so would be worthless for me to even bother with the SDK. I think it would be a snap to hook into the current OIS::JoyStick class, just needs someone with the device will to provide a patch.
