migrating theora plugin forums

Since I've managed to do some useful changes to the current plugin and am very motivated to continue development of the plugin (part for my company's needs and part for the fun and glory :)

And as such, I strongly believe that the future forum discussions should be migrated to OgreAddons forums, it's more accessible to ogre users, and fits logically since the plugin is basically an ogre addon.

pjcast: Your account is in ogre addons Ogre Team group, so I assume you have the admin rights to create a new forum, can you please do it?

It's up to you since you want to develop and support the plugin. But, I never check the Ogre Addons forum - way to busy, so I would be of no more use after such a move. Not all Ogre projects are hosted in that forum, and I personally don't think you will get a lot more users going there compared to coming over here if the plugin starts getting developed/enhanced/extended again.

But, if you are determined to host the forum there, just let me know that is your intention and I'll create the topic over there.

Very few Ogre addon projects are in the Ogre addons section, generally just those that do not have any other home...

busy? in what way, just filter out the theora plugin subforum and there you go.

Anyway, I can be a very stubborn person, and my logic says it belongs to ogre addons forums :)

anyway, the forum has been created so I'm resuming discussion there.
